That is what this is for. Your site stays live, stays fast, and stays current, and when you need something changed you send me a message instead of learning how to do it yourself.
Your site is yours to keep. On the nothing-down plan it becomes yours at twelve months, and if you already paid for the build it is yours now. Some monthly website plans never hand it over at all.
What is included
- Hosting. Fast, secure hosting, included for as long as you are on the plan. Nothing extra to buy, nothing else to set up.
- Keeping it live. I watch that the site is up and loading properly. If something goes wrong, I fix it, usually before you know about it.
- Small changes included, as many as you need. Text, photos, hours, prices, a new team member, a new service line. Send me a message and it gets done.
- Your domain renewed on time, so the site never goes dark over a $20 bill nobody saw.
- A real person. You call or message me, not a ticket queue.
What is not included
Being straight about this up front is the whole point.
New pages, new features (online booking, a shop, anything that logs people in), a redesign, photography, and ongoing marketing or SEO. Any of those get quoted separately, in writing, before I start.

The two ways it works
With a nothing-down build
I build your site with no money up front, and the monthly covers the build, the hosting, keeping it live, and the changes. Twelve-month commitment, because that is what makes "nothing up front" possible. At the end of the twelve months the site is yours. You can keep the monthly going for hosting and changes, or take it and go.
On a site I already built for you
If you paid for the build up front, you can add care on at the same monthly, month to month, cancel anytime.
Questions people ask
What counts as a small change?
Text edits, swapping photos, updating your hours or prices, adding a project to your portfolio. New pages and new features are quoted first.
What happens after twelve months?
The site is yours. Carry on with the monthly for hosting and changes, or take the files and go. Your domain is yours the whole time, either way.
Can I cancel?
On the twelve-month plan, the remaining months become payable, because I built the site up front and the monthly is what pays for it. After the term, cancel anytime.
Do I own my website?
Yes. On a one-time build, once it is paid. On the nothing-down plan, at the end of the twelve months. Your domain is always yours, from day one, in your name.
Do you do this for a site someone else built?
Sometimes. It depends what it is built on. Send me the link and I will tell you honestly whether it makes more sense to look after it or rebuild it.
